- U.S.A. Hockey Official Team Roster / Canadian Hockey Official Team Roster and Travel Permit. No additions may be made to this roster.

Note:
You may need to work with your Associations Registrar to gather the required documentation.
Team rosters are limited to 20 players. No more than four coaches - with the appropriate USA Hockey Certification - may occupy the team's bench at any time during the tournament.
Team Check-in Actions:
- Check-in at the front table 60 minutes prior to game time to confirm that the correct team is loaded in GameSheet.
Teams must be ready to play 15 minutes before any subsequent game.
