Mouthguard Clinic
CGHA Families:
This is just another reminder that Zirbel Orthodontics is hosting a Mouth Guard Clinic on Tuesday, October 18 to provide custom mouth guards for the Cottage Grove Hockey Association. Your mouth guard will be fabricated at no cost to you! Now that’s something to smile about!
This is a one day only event. Times are based on your player's level and are listed below. If you are planning to attend, please complete the attached waiver and bring it with you on October 18.
