Cottage Grove Hockey Association (CGHA) player age eligibility is governed by the USA Hockey / Minnesota Hockey division classification.
Minnesota Hockey changed the starting birth date for each age classification to June 1st, effective with the 2020-2021 season (the previous starting birth date was July 1st). The change was implemented to allow players born in June to play with their classmates.
Players new to CGHA will need to register with their designated age classification as set by Minnesota Hockey.
