1. Register and Pay as groups of 2 to 4 golfers. (You will fill out the form for everyone. Required information: Name, Phone, Email)

2. Register individually but part of a group of 2 to 4 golfers, and pay individually. (You will register for only the players you are paying for. Required information: Name, Phone, Email)

3. Register as an individual without a group. (You will register and pay for just yourself and be placed with a group. Required information: Name, Phone, Email)
