Thank you for your patience and understanding and again apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused. As outlined yesterday in original email at 8:10 AM shortly after incorrect email was issued at 6:59 AM we have resolved the error.
An incorrect automated notice was sent out yesterday Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 6:59 AM to all members who checked out gear through 2018-19 Equipment check out. We have been working directly with Sports Engine over the past 24 hrs. to verify that indeed no payments will be being processed on 4/30/19. All pre-approved payments of $199.99 to be processed on 4/30/19 if gear was not returned or rechecked out for the off season have been verified as canceled and will NOT be processed.
NO PAYMENT WILL BE PROCESSED by sports engine on 4/30/19

Apologies for the incorrect automatic notice sent this AM just before 7:00 AM around equipment payment charge. This is incorrect and we were able to turn in an re-check out all mite equipment this season. We are working with sports engine to ensure payment cancellations are in effect and no charges will hit individuals accounts on 4/30/19. We will be sending an update no later than end of day tomorrow ensuring this has been addressed. Thank you and as always if you have any questions please let us know.
