Fundraisers:

  • Calendar: The board will evaluate this at January’s general membership meeting.  Since this is our largest fundraiser every year, once the season resumes the calendar fundraiser will be needed to balance our budget.  We will activate the fundraiser with updates based on new timelines once they are known and we will ask all of our members to participate if they have not already opted out at registration.  Note:  We will not resume this until at least January in order to respect the budgetary strain of the holidays and hardships being felt due to this pause.
  • Hockeyfest: CANCELED for the 2020 – 2021 Hockey Season
  • Volunteer requirements (Dibs):  REDUCED – We are evaluating necessary dib(s) needed to host playoffs (listed above).  This will change based on whether or not spectators will be allowed into the facility.  Regardless original 8-hour requirement will be significantly reduced due to the cancelation of hosted tournaments.  In addition, we have made the decision to carry over any already completed DIBs above reduction to the 2021-2022 season as a credit. If you paid for a DIBs buyout, this money will be credited towards a DIBs buyout for the 2021-2022 season.
