Tournament(s):

• Hosted: That leaves a number of impacts to our own hosted tournaments, fundraising, and our beloved HockeyFest program.  The Turkey tournament, at this point, is effectively cancelled.  We will wait until a later date to determine if the End of Year Bash and Skating with the Wolves tourneys can be hosted.  Our mite jamboree in December is also cancelled.  Note: These are not only great for our teams to play in a tournament on their home ice but also a significant fundraiser for our association.  In evaluating whether we are able to host or conduct any of our future tournaments, safety and potential restrictions will be front and center.  Our goal will be to hold as many of our hosted tournaments as we are able to while ensuring it is safe to do so.
• Away: Unless teams or level directors have been notified otherwise, as of now any future away tournaments taking place after the resume to play are still scheduled to take place.  We acknowledge and understand the concern of traveling out of town and the comradery of an out of town tournaments that under the current guidance cannot take place (i.e. restaurants).  We will continue to evaluate and provide guidance and opportunities for all players that follow the guidance of MN Hockey and MDH.
