USA Hockey Registration Requirement Prior to beginning the CGHA registration process, each player must be registered with USA Hockey.

• There are no USA Hockey or Affiliate fees for participants age 6 or younger (birth year 2012 or later), but registration is still required.
• If you have more than one player, each player must be registered individually.
• Per player registration fee, for birth year 2010 and earlier, is $25-$80. ($15-$70 for USA Hockey + $10 for MN Hockey) • Upon completion – be sure to PRINT and SAVE the unique confirmation code for each player. This number will be required during the CGHA registration process.
