Cottage Grove Hockey Association

The City of Cottage Grove owns and operates the Cottage Grove Ice Arena located on 80th Street next to the Park High School campus.  The Cottage Grove Ice Arena plays host to the Park High School boys and girls hockey clubs, Cottage Grove Hockey Association, Cottage Grove Figure Skating Club and the Cottage Grove Skating School. This dynamic three ice sheet facility located just 10 miles southeast of Minnesota's capital of St. Paul.  The ice arena was designed with a goal of creating customer satisfaction at all levels.  The arena has a large entrance lobby, large viewing galleries, bleacher heat, meeting rooms, social areas with televisions and wireless internet.  Cottage Grove Ice Arena plays host to many large events including but not limited to hockey tournaments, skating shows, figure skating competitions, dry floor events, high school hockey, and recreation programming.  We invite you to our facility to enjoy any of our services ranging from skating lessons to competitive hockey. 

The North Rink was originally built in 1974 and is a standard NHL sized sheet of ice with permanent bleacher seating for 1,000.

The West rink was constructed in 2008, is a standard NHL sized sheet of ice and has permanent seating for 650.  The West Rink also has a concrete floor allowing for dry floor events such as shows, concerts, ceremonies and more.

The South Rink was also built in 1974 and is 65' x 120' and is great use for small ice games, skating lessons, public skating and adult 3-on-3 hockey.
