Families, we’re nearly done with the Butter Braid sale.  If you have chosen to sell them then Thanksgiving will be a perfect time to make a few final sales.  We’d like to take this opportunity to remind you of a few very important details regarding Butter Braids.

·         Butter Braid form and money turn-in is next Wednesday, November 30^th from 5-7 P.M. at the arena (in the sitting area outside of the west rink).

·         Each person/family selling MUST come to the rink themselves that night to turn everything in.  The managers are not responsible to do that for you this year.

·         Be sure to total up all the columns on this spreadsheet.  Please double and triple check this.  We will be taking the information directly from your order form as you have it totaled.

·         Once you’ve calculated the total Butter Braids sold, please multiply that by $4.50 to determine YOUR profit from your sales.  KEEP THIS PROFIT, DO NOT BRING IT TO TURN-IN!!

·         You should be turning in the remaining amount (this would be the # of Butter Braids sold multiplied by $6.50)

·         MOST IMPORTANTLY – WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT CASH!!  NO CHECKS!!  NO EXCEPTIONS!!

·         Pick-Up will be December 21^st at Peter Thompson Park pavilion from 5-7 P.M.  (Don’t worry, we’ll remind you.)
