2012 - 2013 Player Registration

2012 - 2013 Player Fee Information

Please see the table to the right for the 2012 - 2013 player fee amounts and dates if a payment plan is chosen.  Each player registered is charged $175.00 (with the exception of new Mite/8U players which is $59.00) and if registering for a travelling team you will be required pay the first installment of the player fee at time of registration. 

Players trying out for Squirts and/or Advanced Mites will register as Mite/8U.  If the player makes one of these teams, a separate registration link will be up to pay the remaining balances for those families later this season.

All player fees include 4 tournaments per team, warm-ups for each player and the new home and away jerseys to be used going forward (travelling teams only).

PLEASE READ

CGHA's 2012/2013 registration is driven by what grade the player is entering but MN Hockey age limits always supersedes this rule.  Please contact Registrar Kathy McLaughlin with any questions.

 

U14, U19 and 16U Eligible Players

 If you have a player  that is will be playing at the U14, U19 or 16U levels, please read the appropriate statement below.

U14 Players

Registration for U14 players will not be handled through Cottage Grove Hockey this year.  

 Do not register your player.  

The Woodbury Hockey Program will be registering the team in the 2012-2013 season.

U19 Players

Any girl that is interested in playing on the U19 team should contact Dan Severson at the contact information below.    

Do not register at this time.

Registration for this team will open after High
School Tryouts end.  Please look for further information beginning of November.  Please see player fee section for program costs.

16U Players

Any boy that is interested in playing on the 16U team should contact Jeff Fye at the contact information below.

PLEASE READ IF REGISTERING MITE/8U

If you are registering a new Mite/8U, please contact Registrar Mike DeVaan at registrar@cghockey.com or Mite Director Teige Cahill at mitedirector@cghockey.com.  New Mite/8U registrations are eligible for a late fee coupon.  This coupon is not available to returning Mite/8U or any other level of play.
