  1. A player’s parent(s)/legal guardian(s) must reside within one of these city limits and register with USA Hockey using that address, or,
  2. The player must have a waiver on file with the CGHA Registrar that states he/she is eligible to play with CGHA.

Note – if your child attends a school within one of these three areas, but does not also reside in one of these three city limits, please contact the CGHA Registrar to complete additional paperwork prior to registering.

ALL INFORMATION IS VALIDATED. If any part of the registration is found to be inaccurate and the player is determined to be ineligible to play for CGHA, registration will be cancelled and all upfront monies paid will be non-refundable.
