Linders: individual or team
Fundraising information can be found on their website: (www.linders.com/fundraising) or by calling 612-363-1206. Options include selling poinsettias, wreaths, spruce top pots, and gift cards. The fundraising committee will be organizing a flower mart fundraiser that will benefit the entire association in May. Watch cghockey.com for more information after the New Year. Schwans: team The fundraising committee is organizing a cash and carry “Truckload Sale” that will take place in the front parking lot of the arena / Park High School on Friday, November 28th and Saturday, November 29th. This will coincide with the Squirt Turkey Tournament so we will have a lot of exposure. Please encourage the parents on your team to help promote this. There will be an option for teams to fundraise individually by taking pre-sale orders. More information will be made available on the CG Hockey website during the last week of October. Bagging at Cub: team Contact person is Mark if your team is interested in this opportunity. This is usually an opportunity reserved for older teams, as Cub has had an age requirement in the past. Bonngard's: individual or team Greg has order forms for meat products. Boxes of chicken breasts, pork, beef, and combination meats are available (you sell the boxes for $17.00-$24.00, and you make $4.00-$5.00 profit on each box you sell). This can be done at any time, can run for as long as you want, and all Greg asks is that we give him a couple weeks notice of when we want to start selling. This is also open to as many teams as want to participate. Papa Murphy's: see attached (team) Rocco’s: team Cards sell for $15.00, keep $14.00 in profit. Dan is the contact person/owner. His phone number is 459-5575. He is willing to have as many teams participate in the cards as are interested. He is also considering donating a card to each team for their team gatherings during the year Carbone’s Pizza: team 651-459-6666 Contact Tim or Janelle. Teams need to set up a Monday or Tuesday night with Tim or Janelle. All teams will need to promote their night on their own and Carbone’s will donate 15% back to the team. Players will bus table and a parent is required for supervision. Zywiec’s “The Haunting Experience”: team Zywiec’s in Cottage Grove is offering CGHA the opportunity to purchase tickets to The Haunting Experience (Oct. 4 – Nov. 1) at a discounted rate of $12 each (Reg. price $18) to resell to the community. The fundraising committee felt that selling the tickets at $16 each would be a decent profit for the team and also still provide a discount for the buyers. If you are interested in having your team sell tickets or have any questions, please contact Kris Roeser at kroeser@comcast.net. Arby’s: team Teams can contact Arby’s individually for this fundraiser, and will choose their own date for this event. The team will get a percentage of the total sales IF THE CUSTOMER MENTIONS “COTTAGE GROVE YOUTH HOCKEY” and the team name.
